 with Senior ABA Coach Gary Cave, Coach Jeff Sharp,

Assistant Coach Sam Mogg.

Facilities: 16ft boxing ring, 14 punch bags & balls, Olympic free weights, dumb bells and benches, Kettlebells, medicine balls, large sports sprung wooden floored and mirrored training area. 

All equipment is provided, Skipping Ropes, Headgaurds, Protectors,

Sparring & Bag Gloves. 

Loads of sparring and training partners.

                       20 plus competative boxers.
